Shipping:		Orders will be shipped via UPS Ground Service (continental) at a charge of $7.00. Additional freight charges may apply on individual items exceeding 2 lbs. each. To have delivered to another address other than billing a drop ship fee of $5.00 is applied. This is all USA shipping only; International shipping will be calculated and will appear in your invoice. Any paypal buttons in this website is calculated with USA shipping only. If this is a product you wish to purchase email us with the product name and your address and we will prepare a seperate invoice with your shipping calculations. In a hurry? We are happy to arrange expedited shipping services such as UPS Next Day and 2nd Day Air at your request and cost. International excluded. We do not ship to some countries. Please inquire when purchasing if your country is apart of our shipping network. Thank you.

Payment Methods:		For your convenience, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Credit Cards are accepted. Email Paypal Invoice will be sent and no paypal account required. Handling orders directly verses a shopping cart allows us to maintain security and personal service. It also helps us in protecting the transaction. We are a small company, I would have to pass on the expense. This way I have more control and less problems which means savings for those whom shop with me and security. Orders may be shipped COD with a surcharge of $7.50


Returns and Credits:		If you've ordered an item by mistake or have received damaged product, please call us to arrange a return. Specific rules concerning returns, the herbals are consider food items and in some instances may not be returned. Pure Herbs and all herbal products ARE FOOD: RETURN POLICY Due to F.D.A. regulations regarding food products, Pure Herbs, Ltd. has a no return policy. The exceptions are breakage and manufacturing defects. To return a product, you mus receive prior approval. In the case of shipping errors, returned bottles must be as shipped (free of store pricing labels) and returned in a timely manner (with current lot numbers). All items returned with non-current lot numbers, distributor labeling, or two weeks after receipt, will be charged to your account. This policy is necessary as the returned product must be destroyed due to F.D.A. regulations. *** Remember, herbs are foods.
Pricing:		Prices are subject to change without notice. Diligent effort is made to assure pricing information is accurate at the time of publishing and printing. However, Blue Iris Sanctuary reserves the right to correct pricing errors or to change prices without notice.

Back Orders		Great effort is made to maintain a high in-stock level at all times on the products we carry. Occasionally, however, we may be temporarily out of stock. We will use our discretion and knowledge of our customers and suppliers to either back order these items, or cancel them for your subsequent order.
Order Discrepancies and Damaged Product		We will gladly issue a full credit for damaged, incorrect or defective merchandise when you notify us within one week of receipt.
Returns and Credits		If there is a problem with your order, please call us promptly so we can help you make it right. We'll arrange a return authorization, if appropriate. Returned products may be subject to a restocking fee.
